What is Matari mushroom ? |
Matari mushroom is the first cropped mushroom
selected and bred from 20 kinds of oyster
mushroom based on the taste at Chunga Tech
Agricultural Production, and adding nutrition
sources to quaking ash sawdust.
Matari has been reported as the Agricultural
Products with no chemical synthetic pesticide
cultivation during whole cultivation process,
being reported to National Agricultural
Products Quality Management Institute.
