Oyster mushroom

Button mushroom
- Each wing is uniform, with less than 5% of different sizes mixed in
- Film between mushroom head and shank not lost

- Shank length less than head diameter, with good cut condition
- No damages (worm, injury, deformity etc.)
Enoki mushroom
- Head not dispersed and uniform
- Fresh and elastic
- No aerial hyphae growing
- Peculiar color of the breed
- No excess or shortage of contents
- No excess humidity

Dried shiitake mushroom
1. Dongo & Hwago(spices of shiitake mushroom)
- Head form is uniform in tuttle back or chrysanthemum, round or oval
- Head split level of 50% or less
- Thick and uniform thickness heads
- Edge of head shrinked
- Size of head is largeˇ¤medium and uniform
- Peculiar colored, with split part in white or milky white color and back of head in milky white color
- Superb peculiar fragrance
- Humidity contents not exceeding 13%
- No foreign item or damages

2. Hyangsin(spices of shiitake mushroom)
- Head formed semi spherical or oval, with uniformity in some surface
- Head split level of 80% or less
- Head thickness medium, with almost no mixture of thin heads
- Uniform thickness of heads
- Peculiar colored, with back of head in milky white color
- No foreign item or damages
Fresh shiitake mushroom
- Uniform size, with 10% or less difference
- Head is not completely separated but somewhat shrinked, at uniform degree
- Head is formed in uniform peculiar shape of the breed, with thickness
- Head is clearly colored at peculiar breed
- Fresh and elastic, without absorbing humidity
- No foreign item or damages
