shiitake mushroom
Pleurotus eryngil mushroom, enoki mushroom,
beech mushroom are exported on contracted
cultivation base.
In international society, mushrooms are
distributed in Japanese name.
For example Lentinula edodes is called SHIITAKE,
Pleurotus eryngil is called ERINGI,
Collybia velutipes is called ENOKI, beech
is called SHIMEGI.
However, Chungarang¡¯s
oyster mushroom is proudly called as Matari
mushroom in Korean name.
